The Body Firm's private studio

Conveniently located at the corner of 7th and Montgomery in Fort Worth, Texas, our two-room studio's privacy could be the key to achieving your fitness goals. Ideally suited for one-on-one training, the studio provides equipment and components for all fitness levels in a distraction-free environment.

The Body Firm – HEB

Located at 466 Mid-Cities Blvd in Hurst, Texas, our 4,000-square-foot facility offers a full array of cardio equipment, selectorized machines and free weights. Our large aerobic room holds group classes and all restrooms are equipped with showers. We also have three private rooms for massage therapy.

Fitness Centers

The Body Firm is currently partnering with other fitness and wellness centers to offer Body Firm clients an extensive array of fitness equipment and offer fitness center members access to personalized fitness programs.
