The Body Firm provides personalized fitness and nutrition plans for all fitness levels. We offer:

  • weight loss programs
  • body shaping
  • nutrition planning
  • strength and conditioning
  • core training
  • stability training
  • flexibility training
  • sports performance improvement
  • licensed massage therapy

One-on-one or group personal training is available seven days a week from 5:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m. Depending on the client’s fitness level and schedule, 25-minute or 50-minute sessions are available.

  • beginning – one-on-one training, 25 min.
  • intermediate – one-on-one training, 50 min.
  • advanced – group training, 50 min.
  • clients may train from 1 to 5 times each week
  • standard package is for 3 months
  • payments may be made in full or in monthly installments
