The Body Firm provides personalized fitness and nutrition plans for all fitness levels. We offer:
- weight loss programs
- body shaping
- nutrition planning
- strength and conditioning
- core training
- stability training
- flexibility training
- sports performance improvement
- licensed massage therapy
One-on-one or group personal training is available seven days a week from 5:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m. Depending on the client’s fitness level and schedule, 25-minute or 50-minute sessions are available.
- beginning – one-on-one training, 25 min.
- intermediate – one-on-one training, 50 min.
- advanced – group training, 50 min.
- clients may train from 1 to 5 times each week
- standard package is for 3 months
- payments may be made in full or in monthly installments
