		<description>I certainly agree with High Intensity Interval Training to burn Fat. It&#039;s far better than a constant (and quite frankly Boring!) moderate pace for a long period of time. Personally, I love doing hills runs on the treadmills at my gym! They incline, decline, change pace It&#039;s great! And satisfying to finish!
