I wanted to give you 2 quick and dirty fat-loss tips today. They’re quick because they’re easy to put into play(and extremely effective). They’re dirty because I won’t recommend that you do either of them for very long. 2-3 weeks tops. They can used a couple of times a year when you really want to kick the fat loss into overdrive.
1) Two a Day Workouts- Training 2x a day to get into your best shape quickly has been around forever. This is old-school, challenging and very effective. 2X(even3)a day’s in Texas football. Morning and evening Physical Training(PT) in the military. Runners use it to build their mileage quickly. It works.
The reason is two fold. One you’re literally doubling your workload(temporarily). Two you don’t have time to eat crap. You’re in recovery during the AM. in the afternoon you’re getting ready for your next training session. quick recovery meal at night and off to bed. See no time.
Even if you’re limited on free time you can do this with some planning. Get up 30 min early. Do a 20 min body weight circuit.
Example: 3 Rounds of each Group of 4 exercises
Jumping Jacks-30 reps
Body Weight Squats-30 reps
Push-ups- 20-30 reps
Cross Crawl- 15 each leg
Rest 1-2min and repeat 2 more times
Burpees-10 reps
Touchdown Reverse Lunges- 15 each leg
Wide Grip Push-up- 20-30 reps
Plank 30sec-1min
Rest 1-2 Min and repeat 2 more times
(There’s no magic in the workout. You just need a higher-intensity full body anywhere anytime workout. Power walking won’t cut it.)
In the evening hit your regular workout.
If you train in the morning add a quick body weight circuit into your evening routine.
It works. I suggest you use this no more than 2-3 weeks at the most to rapidly improve your shape.
2) Eliminate (completely and totally eliminate) from your diet (temporarily!).
1. Milk products
2. Bread
3. Fruit
I’m going to keep the “why” simple-to lower your carbohydrates. Eliminating these force you to eat more protein or to lower your calories. Or both.
Also in a way you’re wringing the water out of your system. This will cause you to look leaner even if yuo haven’t dramatically dropped bodyfat.
So there you go 2 Quick and Dirty tactics for rapid fat loss. Put them into play. You’ll be glad you did when you put that swimsuit on.
