When you start out on your weight loss and fitness program you’re going torun into ALL kinds of problems in the beginning.
There’s a name for these problems and it’s called Resistance.
Your car WILL break down.
Your grandmother WILL pass away.
Your kids WILL get sick.
Your spouses job WILL change.
You WILL get sick.
You WILL have unexpected travel.
And if you’re unprepared you could mistake this Resistance as a “sign” that this just “isn’t a good time”.
And perhaps you should “quit”.
When in reality this Resistance is confirmation you’re on the right track.
No self-improvement EVER comes without Resistance.
So you MUST expect it and have your plan to defeat it.
I call our plan the Show Up plan.
No matter what you must Show Up.
Showing up WILL solve 80% of your weight loss and fitness problems if not more.
So KNOW you will encounter Resistance.
And remember it’s only confirmation that you’re on the right path.
