10 Rounds
10X10X10=1000 Reps
Exercises
1) Dumbbell Squat Clean Press
2) Vertical Jumps
3) Push Ups
4) Bodyweight Sguat
5) Mountain Climber
(10 per side)
6) Forward Lunges
(10 per side)
7) Prisoner Squats
8) Close-grip Pushups
9) Jumping Jacks
10) Sit up
(or Crunch)
Complete 10 reps of each exercise rest as needed
Complete 10 Rounds
