Happy Friday!
First week of January is done and gone.
If you haven’t quite gotten your feet back under you yet, don’t worry.
This is normal. I’ve discovered over the past 10 years of coaching clients…It takes about a week or two to get back in the groove.
The good thing is you can feel better physically and mentally nearly immediately from your workout.
Keystone habits like exercise are built with very simple actions in the beginning.
Like that first walk around the block.
That first boot camp you attend.
That first workout with your coach.
That first at-home workout you complete.
This weekend commit to getting at least one workout in.
Here’s your weekend workout.
