Lake has leaned out, lost a pant size, and got his strength and speed back for indoor soccer.

They both come from large active families and are very active socially and in the community.
Annaliese reveals her #1 nutrition strategy she uses that’s convenient yet allows her to loosen up her diet on the weekends while still getting great results.
