If you’ve never been a fan of long, slow cardio (think “20-30 minutes on the Elliptical) or you’re just bored of it.
I have good news for you.
There’s a better way.
Bodyweight Cardio
Bodyweight cardio can be done anywhere anytime with no equipment necessary to get a great workout.
Either no weights or light dumbbells are used.
And the intensity level is kept at medium.
And I’m going to tell you when it comes to exercise medium can really suck.
It’s just hard enough to be uncomfortable.
Not hard enough that you need to stop and recover.
It’s a sweet spot and you need to learn to find it.
Too easy (not intense enough) and training isn’t very effective. (less fat loss, less cardio conditioning)
Too hard (too intense) and you have to keep starting and stopping during the exercise.
Just right will be a pace that’s a little uncomfortable but not shutting you down with your hands on your knees trying to catch your breath.
FAST 5 Bodyweight Cardio Workout
-Do each exercise for 1 minute.
-Move to the next exercise without rest.
-Rest 1 minute at the end of each round
before moving to the next round.

• Run In Place
• Prisoner Squats
• Off-Set Pushups (switch sides every 5 reps)
• Total Body Extension
• Reverse Lunges
Round #2
• Vertical Jumps
• Decline Pushup
• Prisoner Squat
• Mountain Climber
• Prisoner Lunge
Round #3
• Burpee
• Prisoner Lunge
• Side to Side Jump
• Spiderman Climb
• Prisoner Squat
Round #4
• Jumping Jacks
• Run in Place
• Total Body Extension
• Close-Grip Pushups
• Side to Side Jumps
Round #5
• Total Body Extensions
• Pushup
• Prisoner Lunge
• Mountain Climber
• Jumping Jacks
DONE!
Yes you’re going to be out of breath and surprisingly sore tomorrow but you WILL see results when you stay consistent.
