Fort Worth Personal Trainers: Busy Moms Healthy and Delicious Homemade Salad Dressing (VIDEO)
One of the most common questions is “what is the best dressing I can put on my salad?”
First, I’m really happy the person is eating vegetables and proteins in the first place.
That’s a major indicator they’re moving in the right direction.
Second, Lite Salad Dressing is one of the WORST “Healthy”foods you can be fooled into using.
It’s basically oil and sugar.
LOTS and LOTS of sugar.
Not what you want to be covering your great choices of vegetables and proteins.
I asked Kerri P. to help me with an easy, healthy, homemade salad dressing and she came up with a winner.
