You’re making your exercise habit STRONGER.
Even if the workout isn’t that long, this is hugely important.
And when you don’t show up, or skip it, you reenforce the NOT exercising habit.
So you’ve GOT TO show up.
And when you do show up, even with very little time you can get a lot done.

Rapid Fat Loss 10 Min MAX Workout
Set a timer for 10 minutes
You’ll do
10 Bodyweight Squats
10 Push-Ups
10 Forward Lunges
(10 Per Leg)
10 Mountain Climbers
(10 Per Side)
For beginner the modifications you can make are
-Modified push-ups
-Mountain Climber 5 per side
Try to keep an even pace.
Not fast not slow just consistently moving through the exercises for the entire 10 minutes.
