We’re hosting a FREE Introduction to Strength Training Class this Saturday at 10:30am at INURSHA Fitness, 2927 Shamrock Ave, 76107 for YOU!
This class is perfect for you if you’ve either NEVER stepped foot in a gym before, it’s been some time since you’ve exercised, or you exercise regularly but don’t know or understand the basics of RESISTANCE exercise.
You’ll Discover…
-How to properly warm-up
-How to prevent injuries BEFORE they occur
-The BASIC lifts and what muscles they target
-Proper form to keep the exercise effective and you safe
-How different rep ranges affect your muscles
-How to write a beginner program
-How to walk into ANY gym in ANY city and be able to use their equipment safely and effectively
-How to cool down
-Dealing with soreness and accelerating recovery
All this is our 60min class starting at 10:30am this Saturday at Inursha Fitness (2927 Shamrock ave, 76107)
Dress code: is “Come as you are”-Best to have some loose shorts, pants, and a top you can move freely in. Flats or sneakers will be fine as well.
Extras: for your comfort you should bring a towel and water
You’ll NEVER be asked to do something you feel is unsafe or that you’re not comfortable with. We want this to be a FUN and educational experience. We LOVE to get to spread the good news of EXERCISE!
