Today’s workout is fast, furious,
and effective for fat loss
You’ll be done and enjoying this
beautiful weather in less than
30 minutes.
Tabata is defined as
20seconds of exercise
10 seconds rest
Repeat for 8 cycles
3 Tabata’s with 3 min rest
in between each round of
exercises.
THE KEY here is INTENSITY!
So the Maximum amount of work you
can do in the minimum amount
of time.
You should push yourself during
each 20 second work/exercise period
to complete as many repetitions as
possible (Safely though).
This is the opposite of pacing
yourself for a long-endurance
type activity.
Go hard from the beginning then
just do your very best to keep
going toward the last couple
of cycles.
Tabata Weekend Challenge Workout
Warmup (Must do this first)
30 Jumping jacks
30 squats
20 push ups
10 mountain climbers
10 sit ups
repeat 2-3 times
Tabata Exercise #1
Thrusters with dumbbells
(or body-weight squats if you
don’t have dumbbells)
4min total
3 min rest
Tabata Exercise #2
Push-ups
4min total
3 min rest
Tabata Exercise #3
Bupees for advanced
Jump Squats for beginners
4min total
DONE!
